The Moody Blues Hall of Fame - Live From the Royal Albert Hall review

Posted : 13 years, 9 months ago on 13 July 2010 10:13 (A review of The Moody Blues Hall of Fame - Live From the Royal Albert Hall)

An Unbelievable DVD Covering all of the Moody Blues greatest hits. The Atmosphere is Electric, with superb perfomances from Justin Haywood, and John Lodge at a terrific venue. A really enjoyable experience.

Gram Parsons: Fallen Angel review

Posted : 13 years, 9 months ago on 12 July 2010 04:09 (A review of Gram Parsons: Fallen Angel)

A facinating insight into the life of Gram Parsons. From his early childhood years, through his short but incredible time with groups like the Byrds, The Flying Burrito Brothers and the International Submarine Band. And finally 2 of his own albums featuring Emmylou Harris. He was to die from am accidental drug overdose in his mid 20's

A Masterpiece by two extremely talented artists, Their voices harmonise perfectly together, and the selection of tracks are just superb. Lets hope another album follows shortly.

Sacred Hearts & Fallen Angels: Anthology review

Posted : 13 years, 9 months ago on 12 July 2010 03:19 (A review of Sacred Hearts & Fallen Angels: Anthology)

An excellent cross section of Gram Parsons music, spanning his facinating taleted, but very short career due to his untimely and tragic death at a very young age.
